Foundation of the Kübler publishing house
Bernd Kübler founds Kübler Verlag in Mannheim together with a group of visionary partners and establishes the company as a major player in the publishing industry.
Non-fiction books
With the move to Lampertheim, the publishing house begins to concentrate on the publication of non-fiction books.
Start of “SperrMüll” newspaper
The “SperrMüll” advertising journal is initially launched in the Rhine-Main region and quickly develops into one of the leading classified ad platforms in Germany.
Expansion of the company
The company expands its market presence by taking over the classifieds newspaper “Kurz und Fündig” in Munich and other publications under the successful leadership of Jutta Kübler. Jutta Kübler also plays a central role in the company’s international expansion.
Developments
The SperrMüll company becomes the sole property of Jutta, Karsten and Bernd Kübler and becomes Quoka AG. Quoka AG has a market share of around 50 percent in Germany and is expanding internationally with holdings in nine other countries. In 1996, the Group is awarded the “Innovative SME” prize for its innovative strength and international expansion.

A happy day – Jutta and Bernd Kübler are overjoyed at the birth of their son Karsten.
Turn of the millennium
At the beginning of the new millennium, the publishing house employs 1400 people in Lampertheim and around 2000 more in various countries.
New ways
Holger Jäger founds Bowcraft, marking the company’s entry into the construction industry.
Growth in the new industry
Under the leadership of Holger and Jutta Kübler, Bowcraft grows considerably and moves to Bensheim to further establish itself.
End of an era & new beginning
The Quoka publishing business is sold and the company concentrates on Kübler Verlag and the production of books and audio books.
The Bowcraft story
Bowcraft continues to grow nationally and internationally and wins prominent customers worldwide.
In 2012, Karsten Kübler begins his professional career in the Group and brings a breath of fresh air and new perspectives to the company.
Saying goodbye
A day that deeply shook the company – Bernd Kübler, the driving force behind Kübler Verlag, passed away. His legacy lives on in the principles and values he instilled in the company.
A new wind
Karsten Kübler takes over responsibility for the company and continues to run it.
Soluflex
Junk Mail Publishing and Cape Ads South Africa are sold.
In the same year, Soluflex GmbH is founded together with long-time Bowcraft employee Ilja Suslin. Soluflex is part of the KOK Group and specializes in levelling compounds and innovative concrete-look levelling products.
2 legacies meet
The companies merge and Karsten Kübler founds KOK Holding. In addition, KOK Facility & Logistik and KOK Immo are founded to strengthen the company’s infrastructure, logistics and real estate.
Jutta Kübler invents Head Pro(https://www.head-pro.com/), an innovative and patented brand in golf.
A joint head office will be established in Mannheim and Bensheim.
Expansion into the USA
